Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Veda Vidhi Foundation provides for the below mentioned refund and cancellation policy for all services rendered. We do not provide for any physical offerings except where it is specified in the particular service. We believe that you have completely read and understood our policies before taking our services. Failure to make yourself aware of the said policies is not ground for seeking exemptions.
Once a service is booked on the website, a minimum of 48-72 hours waiting time is expected for confirmation details. If you do not receive any intimation from us after 72 hours, please contact the team and you will be assisted. Each service/pooja will have a specific date provided for and a date fixed during the booking itself and the pooja will be performed on the said date. Any request for pooja/service on a date not specified for on the website will be taken up, subject to availability of the priest/purohit and any additional charge for the same must be incurred by the user.
If you choose to take the service of horoscope reading and analysis, the estimated time for delivery of such readings and analysis and pdf/recording will be shared with you upon a mutually agreed upon timeline according to the availability of Veda Vidhi Foundation.
To book any service with us, please note that payment has to be done in full. In the event that you cannot pay the required amount in full, a part payment of 50% is expected to confirm your booking with us. If you fail to pay the same, your booking will stand cancelled without any intimation.
There is a strict no cancellation, no refund policy. Once booked, the service/s you signed up for will be provided upon full payment. If upon agreement by both the parties, a method of part payment or instalment is decided, then the same will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
For any unforeseen circumstances, if the Pooja gets cancelled by Veda Vidhi Foundation, your money will be deposited within 10 days from the date of cancellation.
Once money is donated for a specific cause, the same cannot be refunded.
Veda Vidhi Foundation expects the devotees to have utmost faith and practice of any rituals intimated from us to you. We make sure that the ritual is done as per Shastra and tradition, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of the ritual to any individual.
Under exceptional circumstances, the date time and rituals can be changed which might depend on the venue, restriction, unforeseen events, and priest availability with prior intimation. What will be treated as an exceptional circumstance, will solely lie with VeVeda Vidhi Foundation.
For any reason, should you seek postponement of a ritual/pooja/seva, then the same must be intimated at least 5 days before the ritual. Only one such postponement is allowed and the same will be accepted after it has been properly intimated to Veda Vidhi Foundation and the availability is confirmed by the team.
Veda Vidhi Foundation solely reserves the right to change the above policy without any prior information. However, a change in the policy will be updated on the social media handle.

Each offering we have, has an elaborate description of what is to be expected or what the service entails and we are available via Whatsapp/ Instagram/ Email (provided in the “Contact us” section) for any clarifications or further details. If you choose to take healings in any cases where the situation is extreme, the outcome is not guaranteed and we are not liable for the same personally or legally.
Veda Vidhi Foundation does not undertake astrological guidance or poojas in the following circumstances:
- Prediction of Sex for pregnant women;
- Gambling or any illicit money laundering predictions or energy healings to boost chances for the above;
- Extreme ill- health or diseases or sicknesses.
If you book a service with us, it is automatically believed that you have carefully read through our policies and that you have consented to the same. Failure to read the same or ignorance of the policies will not be entertained and we are not liable in any way whatsoever for the same.
The user must be responsible for providing us the accurate names and gotra or Nakshatra if available at the time of booking. Any errors cannot be corrected once the booking has been done.
We offer complete live streaming of every Pooja, however, for any reason including but not limited to technical limitations or network issues in some remote areas we are unable to provide live streaming, then the recorded video will be shared to the user.
Prasadam will be dispatched within 3-4 working days after completion of Pooja, delivery timelines, depend on the courier, partners and the users location. Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service, tracking details, once shipped, the tracking details will be sent to the user. Prasad, once dispatched cannot be returned or exchanged.
You are required to handle Prasadam with care, is meant only for devotional use. We are not responsible for improper storage or consumption according to personal health. Prasadam may contain natural substances like grains, turmeric herbs, and Holy ash (vibhuti) user with allergies or sensitivity must use it with care.
